Cat Care at local Adoption Centers
Cat condo volunteers provide out-of-cage playtime, socialization, cage cleaning and fresh food and water for our cats at local adoption centers in Calera and surrounding areas. This daily attention keeps our cats healthy, happy and ready to meet their new families.
Age requirements
Volunteers must be at least 14 years old. Volunteers under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
How to get involved: complete the interest form below and our cat team will reach out about a training session. This role is popular, so there may be a waitlist.
Cat Care at Our Rescue Care Center
In the Rescue Care Center cat room there is always a variety of activities: out-of-cage playtime, socialization, cage cleaning, and fresh food and water. This daily interaction keeps our cats healthy, happy and ready to meet new families.
Age requirements
Volunteers must be at least 18 years old to care for cats at the Rescue Care Center.

Great photos and warm bios help our cats get noticed — and adopted — faster.
